Sometimes a good habit gets broken due to a change in your routine, an emergency, or an important life event. As we all know, certain life matters aren’t always under our control.
To rebuild a broken habit, you must take three actions:
- Prioritize rebuilding the broken habit.
- Carry out the task (habit).
- Repeat.
If you over-analyze, you’ll surely get stuck. Don’t waste too much time thinking—act instead. Follow these three simple steps and you’ll be on your way to rebuilding your broken habit.
Here it is again:
Prioritize rebuilding your good habit by giving it the necessary time in your daily routine, spend time carrying out that task . . . and repeat.
