If there is a disruptive change that you’re fighting against alone—chances are you’ll not be on the winning side. To win, you must:

. . . Lead and organize your peers.
. . . Bring in as many people as possible.
. . . Get into the game as loudly as you can.
It still won’t guarantee a win for your side. But it will surely outperform a solo effort. If you want to fight, then make it count—passively whining in the corner will only result in frustration and failure.
