A Leader’s Top Question, and Top Priority

A top question every leader should ask each day is:

What are the jobs and tasks in this organization that I’ve figured out the right answer for?

The leader should then hand them over to a manager to set up a replicable work process. This way, those tasks can be done error-free each time.

It’s a leader’s responsibility to continuingly put the “right answers” into “right processes.”

Now that we know a leader’s top question every day, what’s the leader’s top priority?

Inventing more right answers and more right solutions.

Leaders do this by exploration, by trying something that wasn’t done before, by testing “methods” that might or might not work, by experimenting with ideas that have little predictable results.

A real leader in today’s world is a risk-taker, an explorer, and an inventor.
