Fixed mindset v/s Growth mindset

Fixed mindset is a terminology used to describe something that is innate. A view that terms talent as pre-existing, either you have it or you don’t.

Growth mindset is when you always view a potential to grow, learn and seek challenges to build your skills.

Growth mindset also views failures not as negative outcomes, but rather as opportunities to learn from mistakes.

A desire to make positive changes can only come from a growth mindset, because acknowledging mistakes is the first step to knowing something is wrong. Without knowing the negative/wrong you’ll never desire to make a change.

Embrace the growth mindset to continuously bring positive change.
